Hawaii Statute

Hawaii allows brewers with a manufacturers license to sell their beer at wholesale to retailers, but only if that beer was manufactured from products grown in Hawaii. Breweries that only have a brewpub license are not allowed to self-distribute. Hawaii otherwise does not have any rules or regulations restricting the relationship between brewers and their wholesalers.

Fun Fact: The Hawaiian islands of Kauai, Maui, Oahu, as well as the Big Island, all have breweries located on them.
